Shipping policy
Delivery
There is no minimum order amount. Delivery costs depend on the destination country:
- Switzerland and Liechtenstein: free delivery
- Europe: CHF 20
- Rest of the world: CHF 30
The exact amount is shown before payment. Promotions may offer free delivery; they are then clearly indicated on the website, on our social networks (Instagram, Facebook) or in our e-mails.
Delivery times
- Switzerland and Liechtenstein: 3 to 5 working days
- Europe: 5 to 12 working days
- Rest of the world: 10 to 20 working days
These times are indicative. Outside Switzerland, they depend on postal delays and customs clearance.
Shipping and packaging
Depending on the destination and the value of the order, parcels are sent by Swiss Post (registered) or by an international carrier. Each piece of jewelry is delivered in a MORA Genève pouch or gift box, with a certificate of authenticity.
To make delivery easier, you may leave us a phone number. It will be used only to deliver your order and will remain confidential.
Availability
If an ordered item is no longer available, we will contact you to agree on a new delivery time or a refund.
Taxes and customs duties
MORA is currently not subject to VAT. For deliveries outside Switzerland, customs duties, taxes and fees charged by the authorities of the destination country are the customer's responsibility. It is up to the customer to inquire with the competent authorities of their country.
