Taxes and Shipping Costs

There is no minimum purchase amount. Mora Geneva does not include shipping costs per order, except in the case of promotions or other sales events specifically and clearly indicated either on its website mora.jewelry or through campaigns on social media such as Instagram, Facebook, and/or via email.

Shipping costs vary depending on the buyer's choice.

Shipping costs: Free in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
CHF 20 in Europe and CHF 30 in the rest of the world.

Upon receipt of your payment, Mora commits to delivering your order free of charge and as quickly as possible anywhere in Switzerland (provided the delivery address is in Switzerland). If any of the ordered products are out of stock, Mora will contact you to arrange a new delivery date.

Depending on the products ordered, they will be delivered via Swiss Post registered mail or FedEx International. Each piece of jewelry will be delivered with a certificate of authenticity guaranteeing its quality and Swiss craftsmanship, as well as a beautiful Mora Geneva box with a pretty ribbon and a lovely bag.

Currently, the company is not subject to VAT. However, any customs duties, fees, and taxes that may be levied by the authorities of various countries for deliveries outside of Switzerland are the responsibility of the customer. Returns and Exchanges Policy

You are entitled to a 1-year legal guarantee from the date of receipt of the goods.

During this period, we will remedy any defects covered by the legal guarantee.

You have the right to request either repair of the defect or delivery of a defect-free item, but this choice may be limited if the legal conditions are met.

Regardless of whether a defect exists, the customer may, at their own expense, return the order within 5 business days of the date of receipt, provided that the goods arrive unworn and in excellent condition at Mora.

The guarantee does not cover scratches, wear, or breakage of Mora jewelry.
