Payments are made exclusively on the website www.mora-geneva.ch. We are not liable for any malfunction of the payment services. The price charged is the one indicated on your order confirmation.

The order will be processed after approval by the bank's payment center. If approved, the account will be debited immediately and the order validated. If declined, the order will be canceled.

Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is an existing dispute or to cancel any order due to a payment issue.

The data we record constitutes proof of communications, orders, and payments between the parties. Order forms and invoices are archived on a reliable and durable medium that can be produced as evidence.

Information relating to your purchase transaction is kept only as long as necessary to complete your order. Once your order is complete, the purchase transaction information is deleted.
