Returns

A piece of jewelry can be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.

To return an item, first contact us through the website form or at clients@mora-geneva.ch, stating that you wish to return an item, with your order number and your e-mail address.

For a return to be accepted, the item must reach us in its original condition (unworn), in its original packaging and with a copy of the invoice. It must be sent by registered mail with a tracking number, which you send us by e-mail. Otherwise, the right of return no longer applies.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Once we have received and checked the item, we will confirm by e-mail whether the return is accepted or refused. If accepted, the amount paid is refunded, excluding delivery costs, to the payment method used. We may ask for your bank details to carry out the refund.

Exclusions

Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. Pieces made to measure or personalized for you cannot be returned or exchanged.

Legal warranty

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies from receipt of your order for defects that existed at delivery. Not covered: normal wear, scratches, impacts or breakage, and damage caused by improper care. Please check your order on receipt and report any defect or transport damage without delay through our form.
