Refund policy

To simplify the text, Mora has consistently used the feminine pronoun "clientele" (female customer). However, it goes without saying that the texts published on the website and its products are also intended for men and LGBTQ+ individuals.

Returns

The company's return policy applies only to jewelry and is valid for 7 days after receipt of the product.

In the event of a return, the customer must first contact us via the website form, specifying that she wishes to make a return and providing her order number. To be eligible for a return, the customer must send the item back in its original condition and packaging, along with a copy of the invoice. The shipment must be sent via registered mail with a tracking number, which must be sent to us by email. Failure to do so will void the right of return.

To return the item, the customer must send it by mail to the following address:

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once Mora has received and inspected the returned item, the customer will receive an email confirming its receipt and Mora's decision regarding the acceptance or rejection of the return.

If the return is accepted, the customer will receive a full refund (excluding shipping and taxes). The corresponding amount will be credited to the customer's account. Mora reserves the right to request the customer's bank details to process the refund.

Exclusion of the right of return

Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. If the customer is entitled to a refund, the amount due will be credited directly to their gift card.

In the case of a credit or gift certificate, this will be done via a voucher and/or an individual promotional code that can be used for the next purchase at Mora within one year. After this period, the credit or gift certificate will expire.

Mora Geneva vouchers cannot be resold under any circumstances.
