How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?

Delivery is free in Switzerland and Liechtenstein (3 to 5 working days). It costs CHF 20 for the rest of Europe (5 to 12 working days) and CHF 30 for the rest of the world (10 to 20 working days).

Can I return a piece of jewellery?

Yes, within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us first.

How do I care for enamel jewellery?
